my experience at this dealership was very pleasant from the beginning. paper work was very quick, well received and treated by the dealership. would have appreciated if the promised car Detailing was done before I piked up the car. While picking up the car, I had to tell them that the detail was not done and had to wait for about 2 hours. As i was waiting with family I got the car after two hours (not 100% detail was done) and I had to take it with whatever they could do in two hours in rush (noticed dusty dash while i was on my way back).
Salesman Bill Baresch was A+. Was so helpful and A+ in all areas dealing with us. Punctual answering questions and phone communications. Will refer Bill to our friends and neighbors.

Easiest purchase ever made. Exceptional service. Bruce Lee was our salesmen and he was straight forward, no nonsense! Loved our experience! Never thought we would drive to FTW for a vehicle but it was more than worth it. Found the truck we were looking for online. Drove to the dealership, that was open on Sunday for special holiday hours. The truck looked even better in person. Bruce had the truck pulled up and ready for us to test drive as soon as we arrived. Again by far easiest purchase ever! Next vehicle our first stop will be to Frank Kent to work with Bruce. Thank you for everything!
Bill was wonderful to work with. However, I’ve owned many vehicles, and this was by far the worse detailed job. Very little effort was put in to ensure a clean, spotless car. It was not vacuumed properly and had what appeared to be some grease stains and white paint stains in the interior, which came out with some manpower. It would have just been nice for this to have already been done for top quality service. We drove 4+ hours to get the car and weren’t told about some scratches on the pre owned vehicle until we saw them when we got there. We were told they’d come out with some buffing, but again, it would have been nice if this came as an extra courtesy to their customers, as it has been for some other vehicles we have bought. All in all, we enjoyed our salesman; however, we won’t be driving back to get another vehicle with them.

I want to thank Vanessa which was our sales woman and David which finished the deal for us. Vanessa was very helpful and very good at what she does she even agreed to drive 2 1/2 hours to meet us halfway so my family and myself wouldn't have to drive a total of 11 hours to pick up our new escalade. Very appreciative for that. And also want to thank David Rotman for his hard work in getting the deal finished very fast and professional at the price we wanted. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used Cadillac to come see these folks because you will not feel pressured or hurried when buying a car at Frank Kent Cadillac and you will be glad you did.

Highly recommend Arron Dias, great experience without the pressure or having someone constantly over your shoulder like previous transactions. When it usually takes over 4 hrs at a dealer we lasted less than an hour! Can't beat that.
